I have a samba server from which I access my spreadsheets. My spreadsheets are password protected. Recently when I attempt to open one of the spreadsheets I receive this message: The file 'red08fin.ods' is corrupt and therefore cannot be opened. Should OpenOffice.org repair the file? [YES] [NO] After selecting yes, my password is requested as usual. Unfortunately, when I enter the correct password, I receive this message: Read-Error. The wrong password has been entered. [OK] I am using OpenOffice.org 2.4.0 on Windows Vista Home Premium. I also access this file from a linux (Ubuntu 8.04) box and see the same messages. I attempted to open the file using a unzip on the server and saw these messages: [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ ls bin package.list.ubuntu804 red08fin.ods [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ unzip ./red08fin.ods Archive: ./red08fin.ods error [./red08fin.ods]: start of central directory not found; zipfile corrupt.
