------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri May 2 22:20:05 +0000 2008 ------- I run OpenOffice.org on a Dell Inspiron 9400, with a NVIDIA GeForce Go 7900 GS. The driver has been updated most recently. I use Windows XP. In OpenOffice Math 2.4.0 (GERMAN Version) the following error occured: - I loaded Math via the Icon in the Start Menu which was created during the installation of open office. - I whether I do or do not change the standard formats (space between lines, font...) via the Format menu (4th from left in the Line of File, Edit, etc...) is irrelevant the error occures in both cases. - I start typing something into the lower of the two visible boxes(whether actual formulas or plain text is irrelevant) I change to a new line in the lower box by hitting "Enter" I change to a new line in the upper box by entering "newline" in the lower. -Once my text in the lower box exceedes the present hight of the box, the left-right scrollbar of the lower box leaves its spot and moves up as though it was part of the text I type. It also sometimes covers up some text only to reveal it again one I change the covered text. Sometimes there are multiple scrollbars. Furthermore the up down scrollbar of the lower box starts moving the arrowbutton at its lower end up the scrollbar. Sometimes there are multiple arrowbuttons. If I increase the hight of the box and type some text. the problem disappears only to reappear once I exceed the new hight. -Once the text exceeds the present hight of the upper box, no up-down scrollbar appears on the right sight. The text beyond the lower end of the box is unreachable until one uses the + and - zoom buttons right above the upper box, or changes the hight of the box. The problem reappears once the Text exceeds the new hight. -Once the above has occurred the PDF Export via File-> export using standard options malfunctions. the created pdf does not contend all the formulas out of the upper box only a few random lines. but they are written in the same space as the fully displayed contents of the lower box. (As though one first printed one part on a piece of paper and used the same site of the same sheet to print the other part right across the first) -I found the scrollbar problem descripted here http://www.oooforum.org/forum/viewtopic.phtml?t=70212 as well but despite the given advise to submit an issue, I was unable to find an issue concerning this problem. -I will try to add some screenshots als well as the file I typed as well as the messed up pdf but at the moment I cannot quite see how to attach files to this issue... --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
