The current Data Pilot user interface (UI) let user drop at maximum 8 items into
the Data Fields area. This is rather limiting in some cases and there is no real
ground for the limitation.

Though there exist a workaround - an alternative UI for creating pivot tables,
see http://www.oooforum.org/forum/viewtopic.phtml?t=48636 , it would be much
better to remove the limitation in the default UI - most user haven't the
experience and time to find and try the alternative UI.

Steps to reproduce:
1. In Calc, create a table with 9 or more columns
2. Select the table
3. Data > Data Pilot > Start - the data pilot UI pops up, click ok to display
the puvot table config; you can now drag&drop the table's columns onto the Data
Field area - but at max. 8 because then it becomes full and there is no way to
increase it

By the way, it would be also nice to be able to have the possibility to use a
single column multiple times as a data field, for example using a differnent
grouping function in each occurence - thus I could have both sum and average in
the same table w/o the need to duplicate the column in the source data.
