Now, it isn't. Feature freeze for 3.0 is over (see
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/OOoRelease30), which means that changes
as this won't be implemented anymore - as much as one might regret this.

Please do not misunderstand me: I am all in for fixing this issue. However, just
saying "it's time" and targeting it does neither mean we have resources for it,
nor can we bypass our rule set, which is there for good reasons.
