I've searched in the .po files but I didn't find them. - Add new functionalities leads to the extensions site, where some localizations exist - Get more informations leads to the main OOo site www.openoffice.org where it should lead to the repective NLC sites - Register your OOo leads to Sun site where there is no localization.
