For 2.0 it's too late to change strings that have to be translated.
As-is, the patch breaks the DataPilot filter dialog (which uses the same
ScQueryOp enum).
Generally, this is an enhancement that needs a specification. One might want to
detect the regular expression string and select the new list box entries again
when the dialog is opened. The automatic enabling of regular expressions might
be a bit surprising, but I guess we can live with that.
Falko, any comments? Do we want it for 2.0.1?
