2008 -------
First there never was a Tagalog spell checker.
The is only a down loadable dictionary for the spell checker (and I think the
thesaurus as well). Thus the title is misleading.
Second for the upcoming OOo 3.0 we do not want to provide the dictionaries in
it's current form but to provide them as extensions.
Thus I'm changing title and target accordingly.
TL->Laurent: Will you take care of this one as well?
Otherwise we will stay with the current default owner for now.
