I do not really get what "fast-translation" means. I just know that
a) if I commit changed strings to the DEV300 tree in the current phase, I'll be
shot by at least mh. That's because we're after translation freeze, and every
new string costs Sun money, or because of the moon phase, or whatever.
b) It would be a pity if we would leave those found spelling errors in the 3.0
strings. They're bugs, and spelling is something which to a high degree adds to
the fist impression a user has of a software.

So, I asked Frank Mau whether he can take core of those issues, and ensure both
a) and b) above are solved. He agree, and let me cite him (in issue 89793):
