Try to update the table of content of the attached document.  You will notice
that you cannot right click on the TOC, thus prevent the user to access the
“Update Index/Table" sub-menu command in the pop-up that would have shown.

This document was started as an Open Document Format, then was saved as MS Word
97, then reconverted back to ODF.  Probably some form of corruption occurred.

You cannot change the style of paragraphs in this document either, but this is
already another bug reported as Issue #89927.
