------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed May 28 19:43:07 +0000 2008 ------- Hi, I've recently upgraded to an HP Pavilion laptop with Vista Home Premium. My default printer is an HP 1018 (laserjet). Does anyone else have this problem - to print a document from oOo 2.4.0 I have to send it TWICE, even tho it spools to the printer the first time it doesn't register as a pending document and doesn't print. I send the print job a second time, it spools, registers as pending and then prints ok. There are no jobs left in the print queue and no problems with the printed document. Prevously I had installed oOo 2.4.0 on my old laptop - Compaq Presario 700 with XP Professional, with the same HP printer and had no problems at all. Is this a general bug or could this be caused by something else I've overlooked - I installed all the devices and Open Office components myself, I'm fairly confident when it comes to such things :) Any other users with a similar problem (I've checked the community boards but couldn't find anything like this) or a solution? Many thanks :) --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
