I would just like to post some suggestion after the experience of spending 2
hours attempting to help a Linux newbie to print a set of 16 envelopes (I don't
mean to moan, I had many of the same problems with Microsoft office and Abiword)

 * The mail merge wizard is not easy to find
 * The mail merge wizard does not integrate well with create envelope. It would
be much simpler if instead of having to go through the process of inserting
envelope then running mail merge there was simply a create envelopes option
within the wizard
 * It is near impossible to automatically hide lines containing empty fields. It
is an option for the address block but the option doesn't seem to do anything.
 * For map fields only 2 address lines were provides when I had to deal with 5.
 * It isn't intuitively obvious when an address block is required.
 * The editors for address blocks and envelopes is cumbersome and limited.
 * Create salutation is a bit specific and it would be better if personalized
text was left to the user to add.
 * Insert field takes to long and is unintuitive. A mail merge toolbar/sidebar
would be quicker (allowing you to drag and drop fields in)
 * The wizard created loads of unnecessary blank pages.
 * Save print or send is unclear.
 * It is unnecessary difficult to configure open office to print in the correct
envelope size.
