Apply a heading style, defined in the Outline Numbering table. 2. Define paragraph style as additional heading style in TOC field properties. 3. Use TOC index entry marker. Unfortunately the Navigator shows first type headings only. The attached file contains headings, defined by all three ways. All of them appear in TOC, But the Navigator shows only one.
