------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sat May 31 08:54:49 +0000 2008 ------- the issue is still there with Report Builder 1.0.3 and OOo 2.3.0 and Vista; I timed the generation of the report and it looks like this: - after a few seconds there is a progress bar at the bottom of the report going from 0 to 100% pretty fast for 4 or 5 times; no issue here - it took 11 minutes to show results in the report; 48 pages, only 12 pages had data the remaining 36 were empty (same 1 to 4 ratio as for 1.0.1 version); I have a page counter in the header of the report and it is showing 48 pages; at this time the report is still running - it took another 15 minutes for the report to finish running (so the user had complete control); in the end the report had 12 pages and the page counter showed 12 also. The report had 276 lines. I generated the report for different set of criteria; for very few pages (less than 5) the report runs quickly (less than 60 seconds). When the number of pages increases then the time increases too (and the increase is not liniar - it took a couple of minutes for 6 pages while it takes 26 minutes for 12 pages). --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
