------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sun Jun 1 10:59:42 +0000 2008 ------- When I build OOo with "build.pl ... --html ..." in cygwin-bash, I see many cygwin file descriptors are used by dmake in /proc/[nnnn]/fd for redirections to the log text file like fillowings, where [nnnn] is the process id of dmake. lrwxrwxrwx 1 takashi Admin 0 Jun 1 07:23 120 - > /cygdrive/d/OOo/Local/ooo_dev300_m14/svx/wntmsci12.pro/misc/logs/source.dialo g.txt It seems to me dmake is not releasing them even after the compilations in child processes are completed.
