The Custom Action works fine and allows the Major Upgrade independent from the
ALLUSER setting in the base installation. I tested the per user installation and
the machine installation and started a self created product, that updates the
installed product due to its upgrade table (new package code, new product code,
new line for OLDPRODUCTS in upgrade table and adding OLDPRODUCTS to
SecureCustomProperties in table property). The old product is now found and
updated with a Major Upgrade independent from the type of the base installation
-> verified.
