2008 -------
Two changes are already in place:
1. Drag & Drop to the same position isn't executed.
2. The long delay with the original example document was removed (it was the
selection of named ranges, see issue 85862).
The distance after which dragging is started is taken from the system
(SM_CXDRAG). I don't want to change that for the sheet tabs, and with the above
changes, it doesn't seem necessary anymore.
