Raising priority to P2 because i had to disable the f_updt_customize.bas test
entirely. Tools/Customize dialogue is excluded from testing cycle.
Note that apparently the behaviour of the command button has changed slightly -
either it has become slower, does not open or it does not show its items at all.
The result is that the autotests throw countless warnings.
