Hi,
this is not a bug.
Month returns the number 7 for as Juli is the seventh Month in a year. This is
correct.
Formatting a cell to display it's content as the name of the month takes the
number represented in this cell (in this case 7) and calculates the Month for
the given days starting at the zero date. in this case 7 is the representation
of January 6, 1900 and so the month January is correctly shown.
Sorry but I close this Issue as Invalid.
