------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Mar 23 23:29:35 -0800 2005 ------- To simulate: 1. Create a new document 2. Type in 3 lines: "Line 1", "Line 2", "Line 3". 3. Set Line 1 and Line 3 to "Heading 1 style" using the "Styles and Formatting" dialog box. 4. Set Line 2 as "Heading 2 style". Line 1, 2, 3 have styles changed accordingly. 6. Positing the mouse cursor at the very begining of the document, select menu "Insert" -> "Indexes and Tables" -> "Indexes and Tables". 7. On the pop-up dialog, simply press <OK> 6. Table of Content is inserted but with only the "Table of Content" heading.
