Tested w/ DEV300 m_19, XP
Noticed that there is now only one toolbar available Table Data View that seems
to be both the old Table Data View and Copy toolbars combined.
The setting of this single toolbar in Table or Query views does not affect the
view int the datasource browser in other documents however.
See new issue however. There is no menu to hide or display the new single
toolbar under the Query view - turn it off via the dropdown button and there is
no way then to get it back.
