Select a font with cyrillic character, for example, Arial. I am not sure that cyrillic is important. Browse down the characters. About the cyrillic serie, the characters are not visible in the central frame, but in the right place it is. Browse up the characters. All are invisible (but on the right place)! To make reappearing character, only a selection of another font is possible. Closing the dialogue box and reopening does not make reappear characters (but closing OOo does it). But insert the hidden character works fine. Mandriva 2007.1, xfs 1.0.4.
