------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Jun 18 15:05:37 +0000 2008 ------- I prepared a presentation back with OOo 2.2 containing a video and several animated text shapes on one slide. The text shapes are faded in and out one after the other. OOo 2.2 had no problem displaying this. Starting with version 2.3 I noticed two problems: 1. Some shapes are not faded out correctly. A rectangular portion of the text shape will remain visible. 2. If the video is inserted after the text shapes, it will turn invisible after the animation of the text shapes have started. I noticed that changing the z-order of the text shapes and the media object changes the effect, although I haven't been able to determine the exact conditions for producing the bug. I'll attach a sample presentation file, in which I managed to reproduce case 1. Shape "Text 3" will remain partly visible after fading out. I'll provide a URL for the media file. Please create a sub-folder called "Media" in the folder where you saved the .odp file and place the media file there. If you remove the media file and reinsert another one, you will probably get to case 2. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
