Once this filter has been installed the problem can be reproduced as follows: 1. Open Writer and create a document containing some outline numbering (via "Tools->Outline Numbering...". 2. Export the document using the installed filter. 3. Close the document. 4. Import the document using the filter - the outline numbering will have disappeared. 5. Invoke the outline numbering dialog using "Tools->Outline Numbering...". The numbering information should be present. 6.
