------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Jun 25 02:23:52 +0000 2008 ------- I concur with later comments: expected behaviour these days (with Unicode) is not to "protect" characters. Modern symbol-style fonts, such as from Adobe, use Unicode to encode their characters, so fonts can be changed without losing the symbols. Obviously, a lot of fonts still don't use Unicode. It may then be useful to have OOo implement an easy method for protecting sections of text if a user wishes (ie. user selects text and clicks a "protect" button or right-clicks to select "protect"). --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
