------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Jun 26 08:27:47 +0000 2008 ------- Hi No customization whatsoever had been done before the event. OOo was automatically upgraded by FC8, and that started happening. Immediately I tried several other applications and everything was ok, so I tried calc, and everything was fine as well. Then, I opened the tools-customize-keyboard and, taking <delete> as example saw that on "writer" <delete> was empty. Then I reset, restarted the app and everything was fine again and all keys were available. My keyboard layout is Portuguese (Portugal). This type of behavior is new, never saw it after years of OOo use. The only thing I had notice was accented character misbehavior (think it was accented uper A being replaced by ? or something similar). After resetting the keyboard "customization", I noticed once the loss of only the <delete> key but I could not reproduce it after closing and restarting the write application. Hope this helps. If you want me to conduct any further debug steps, I will be available. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
