The owner of the issue is irrelevant; all issues of a project are tracked by the
project owner. What matters is the target. All issues with a target on the OOo3
code line (mostly "3.x") will be reviewed quarterly and it depends on resources,
relevance and severity which issue will be worked on for the next upcoming
release. So looking on single issues and talking about possible fix dates
doesn't make sense.
As this issue has target "OOolater" it will currently not be part of the current
reviews. I agree that it is important enough to get into that, so I change the
target to 3.x.
