I formed a patch from the cws sw30bf07, some doubts popped up: if I recall, the reason I put the chapter format swap at the UNO level, was that the ChapterInfo at the xml level is the same for both the TokenEntryNumber UNO index token and the TokenChapterInfo UNO index token. Whereas the swaps 'CF_NUMBER =-> CF_NUM_NOPREPST_TITLE' and 'CF_NUM_TITLE =-> CF_NUMBER_NOPREPST' should be performed only with TokenChapterInfo token, not in TokenEntryNumber. I'm not sure if the adapted patch takes this into account, I had time for a quick review only.
