I have to change the target to OOo3.1 because there still is no good concept
which master pages to keep and which master pages to delete.
Simply keeping all master pages is no good solution: if for example a user
clicks on all entries in the list of predefined master pages ("Available for
Use") to see if they look good with his content, then there would be a huge
number of unused, and in this case unwanted, master pages in his document.
