Yes, being able to use the extensions as created by netbeans is a plus, but:

* the netbeans-plugin could of course be modified so that it doesn't use file in
the zip-creation target, but single-file filesets as in the patch.
* extensions in OOo source-code don't change all the time. Even less so the
build.xml file. I think it is way easier to fix this up on import into OOo
sources as to enforce ant 1.7 on everybody.
XCode only comes with ant 1.6.5 and thus virtually every Mac builder is stuck
with that version.

So what is the final say about this issue? Force every Mac-builder to either
disable the extension(s) or to keep patches?
