2008 -------
*Before* Basic/Dialog libraries in extensions were handled like this:

1. When added while the Office is running, links to the libraries sto-
red in the extension's cache folder are added to the Application Li-
brary Containers and stored in the corresponding configuration files
$UserInstallation/basic/script.xlc + dialog.xlc (only after Office
shutdown, so please don't check this with activated quickstarter).

2. When added using "unopkg add" while the Office is *not* running (if
using unopkg while running it does not differ from 1.) the user's con-
figuration files script.xlc + dialog.xlc are modified directly in case
of a user installation. In case of a --shared installation additional
configuration files $SharedInstallation/basic/script.xlc + dialog.xlc
are created/modified and read in during Library Container initialisa-
tion when the Office is started the next time.

*Now* in no case script.xlc + dialog.xlc files are modified by adding/
removing extensions, neither for user nor for shared extensions, inde-
pendently from the Office running or not.

Anyway the libraries of course must be available after the extension
installation, both directly after if the Office is running and after
the next start if the Office is not running. Using unopkg while the
Office is running should be the same as using the extension manager.

To test the attached extension can be used. Originally the extension
was created to test help content in extensions, so it's named accor-
dingly. But it also contains a Basic library named DialogWithHelp.
When adding/removing this extension for user/shared using the Exten-
sion Manager or the unopkg tools this library afterwards always has
to be present/removed at/from My Macros/StarOffice Macros at Tools/
Macros/Organize Macros/StarOffice Basic.
