Note that this issue dates back until 2004 (OOo 1.1.1) and is still an issue in 2.4.1. The same happens to this issue (http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=48179) in impress. I wished people would realize that a large number of people will get into contact with OOo at universities during their thesis etc. Now guess what they will think about it compared to the competitor product?
