To try to download the latest 2.4.1 is very difficult due to BW restriction at my place of work). The old behaviour still exists in 2.0.4 (cut-paste a row overwrites instead of insert). Please consider adding this feature in 3.0. I am available to test it again if required in 3.0 beta.
