executing a query where a function's argument list contains a parameter does not
prompt the user for the parameter value - there is no reason this doesn't work,
is there?

To reproduce
- open the attached database document
- double-click the contained query to open it
(the query statement is SELECT CONCAT( :C, "name" ) FROM "names")
expected behavior is that a dialog opens which asks the user for the actual
value of the "C" parameter, actually, no such dialog appears
