This depends on a Vista 'feature' to back some files for some (unknown) reason.
In c:\Users\<User_name>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\ you'll have an
OpenOffice.org2.4 folder. In OpenOffice.org2.4\program you'll find an old
version.ini. Deleting this file (or the whole OpenOffice.org folder) should
solve the problem.
