In the Styles tab of the Insert Index/Table dialog, the arrow button is
confusing. It resembles the widget used in other dialogs of other applications
to move items in and out of a list, for example the FrameMaker conditional text
dialog. I suggest renaming it "Apply".

This is a usability issue.
