I checked on Windows Vista 32/64 and it works in DEV300 m22 (this is a
developer's shapshot). CLI-UNO was broken in earlier DEV300 builds.
The reason why the libraries cannot be found could be that there are still left
over registry keys in the user registry which point to an non-existing
installation. Please check the keys
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\OpenOffice.org\UNO\InstallPath
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\OpenOffice.org\UNO\InstallPath
Do both exist? What value do they have? Does the office installations still
exists?
Please also try a newer build.
