The first one, the main reason is that the backup creation has got no InteractionHandler, so it has failed. The normal backup creation copies the file to the backup folder, and only if it is not possible it tries to make backup in the destination folder ( for the case of protected folders ). But that should happen only for file-systems, so the second problem was that the target folder was tried for backup creation in case of webdav protocol as well.
