OF: I've downloaded these files from the URLs Mechtilde has given. Unpacking
shows that the Office is 'DEV300_m22_native_packed-3' and the the language pack
is 'DEV300_m22_native_packed-1'. These language pack files are the wrong files
and must be replaced with 'DEV300_m22_native_packed-3'. These files are newer
and don't have this issue.
