It doesn't make a difference if you raise the priority. This is not a common
OOo3 problem. We have no valid way to reproduce. Have you disabled system tools
like anti virus, firewall and any other security tool? The screenshot shows that
there is a soffice process running. But this doesn't help. I can't imagine that
the problem is caused by OOo but by something that comes from your system.
