This is similar to 55769 Try enter in a cell: =1.234+1.45E-3 or =1.234+1.45e-3 (with . or , according to your language). Calc will detect that -3 is NOT correct and try to replace it with cell number or something like that. In effect the =A1*1.0E-2 and similar formulas can't be entered. And since I'm using a lot of 1.602E-19 coefficients it is a real blocker. The positive exponents are working good.
