If this issue is only about installing an OOo instance into an environment in
which a "non-official" (milestone, Dev, Beta, ...) OOo instance has already been
installed (and that is how I understand this issue), then I would argue to close
this issue as WONTFIX: We should not burn resources and add data to 3.0.0 final
merely to make life easier for users of "non-official" (see above) OOo
instances, when an easy workaround exist (deinstall the old OOo instance before
installing the new one).
