------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sat Jul 5 14:07:35 +0000 2008 ------- Calc lets users specify how it handle text which is too large for the cell. The default mode bleeds over to the next (right-side in LTR languages) cell if it is empty, and trims the visible text (with an indicator) if the next cell is occupied. An alternative view mode (Filled) always trims the visible text, whether or not the next cell is occupied. The Trimmed mode gives no indication of trimmed text. This is often confusing. Therefore, I propose and option to enable the trim indicator (small red arrow) when text is trimmed in Filled mode, or to create another mode (is could be called "Trimmed") which behaves Filled, but with the indicator. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
