Open doc with OO 2b and save as OO document.Close. Open OO 2b newly saved doc. Index entries appear a narrow grey fields that cannot be edited, viewed, etc. They can only be deleted. Old index file (that took about 6 years to build is rendered unusable. How can I use the old index data in OO?
