@od: Theoretically the problem will occur in any environment if and only if 
precompiled headers are enabled. Unless, precompiled_sw.hxx will include 
nothing and the source will not see ::accessibility exists.

Actually I have faced the message in a rather experimental gcc 4.3.2 on 
Windows and I am going to test it on gcc 3.4.4 and MSVC soon.
