The cells should get the ability to show a warning note. The user can delete the
note if he thinks, that it is not relevant for him or can fix the reason of that
warning. The warning should have the possibility to include a link to the help
text or to an external URL (for the Wiki). You should be able to search for
warnings and mark those cells and to travel from warning to warning. Excel 2007
has got something similar.

Such warning could be set, for example
- If a function is called with a parameter which leads to low accuracy, but it
is not a real error like !DIV/0.
- If a function uses a range with text cells, but is not designed to use text.
- If an iteration does not converge. It would be better to show the last result
and a warning note, than an error message as it is now.
