The behaviour of Calc is absolutely correct!

If you do not supply the fourth parameter, the latter defaults to 1. Having the
fourth parameter set to 1, the data have to be in alphabetical order. Your data
are not in alphabetical order.

Your problem will disappear, as soon as you set the fourth parameter to 0.

Issue should be closed, status: invalid.
