With issue 80815 the word count algorithm has changed to closely resemble the MS
Word way. This might explain some word count differences between OOo 2.x and OOo
3.0. Anyway, we still respect the word count given in the meta.xml of an odt
package or the one stored in an rtf file and consider this word count value
valid until the document is modified. This is done for performance reasons.
Issue 88510 is about a forced re-calculating of the number of words if the user
explicitly asks for this by e.g., opening the Tools - Word count dialog or File
- Document Statistics. So I think we can close this one as a duplicate of issue
88510.

fme->jrahemipour: I'm curious: How did you create the document? The meta.xml
claims there are 393 words in this document. But neither the current OOo 3.0 nor
OOo 2.x come to this result when performing a word count with the given
document.
