The special thing about this document is, that it contains only a left page.
Thus, an empty right page is inserted before it. This empty page causes the
trouble.
But, the good news is that this trouble is already fixed by the code changes of
issue 91432 in cws sw30bf08. This cws is already integrated into DEV300m25
