grrr, i went in the gap that we use a different tail in our HH build env. Our
tail supports -n == --lines and the system tail on Mac not. No idea why because
you can build with the system tail as well!!!
Fix: simply exchange "tail --lines +3" with "tail -n +3" in
odk/util/odk_rules.pmk (line 219)
I talked with Ruediger and he changed it on the master directly. Sorry for that,
i wasn't aware of this and i hadn't the problem during development.
jsc -> rt: as discussed per phone you will be so kind to fix it directly on the
master
