------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Jul 17 01:15:48 +0000 2008 ------- When PDF is exported as tagged PDF, output of PDF tag is corrupted, causing searching on the PDF file to malfunction, and copying text causes repeated string. Procedure: 1. Write something in Writer. (In this example, I use string "Hello there") 2. Export the PDF file, with tagged PDF option. 3. Open the resulting PDF using Adobe Reader. (I used Adobe Reader 9) 4. Select the "Hello there" (also observe that you can't even select those words correct, too.) 5. Copy the resulting text to the text editor. 6. Notice output is "thereHello thereHello thereHello thereHello thereHello there Hello there Hello there" 7. Go back to Adobe Reader and search for "Hello" on the PDF. 8. Observe that search does not highlight correctly. Observed on Ooo 3.0 Beta 2, with and without PDFreader extension. Does not seem to happen on Calc. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
